Returns & refunds policy

We hope you will be delighted with your online purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 14 days of receiving your goods (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.

Please note that this returns policy is valid for online purchases only. Good bought instore can only be exchanged.

How to return your online order

To make a return, please complete the return note (enclosed in your parcel) and post the goods and note, clearly labelled to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to store and we will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days.

Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.
